Dr. Quintana has received 200+ hours of advanced training in equine podiatry. We have the ability to do a full evaluation starting with a comformational exam, gait exam and a full set of foot radiographs. This enables the doctor to determine how much of the changes are conformational and how much is damage in need of thearapeutic treatment. We can then design a maintance program with our farriers or yours to best maintain your horse at optimal performance. This may also involve some body work to relive pain if the feet have been that way a while.
